Hello Guatemala City

I’m actually writing this blog post a couple weeks before I leave. I’m due to arrive in Guatemala City at 9:50pm EDT so, assuming we’re on time, we’re touching down at La Aurora Airport right now.

I’ll be spending tonight through Monday with our MCC Crash crew that’s already in country. Then, starting Monday night, Scot and I hook up with Compassion for the week. At this point I can’t tell you what we’ll be doing but, assuming we have decent Internet access, I’ll be posting pictures and videos every evening. If you don’t see updates from me don’t assume I’ve been taken hostage or anything. It’s likely just flaky Internet access.

Prayers would be appreciated. However, at the same time, I want to know how I can pray for you. Lay it out there. Hold nothing back.
