Way to go Shawn. When you find something is not working, just make an adjustment and keep going. I have to be very careful with my exercise because of my pulled tendon in the heel. It is not worth hurting my self, so I try to get the best workout I can without overdoing it. When I do the Zumba dance thing, I modify the moves to fit my motion, and I don't JUMP, or HOP… that is how I hurt my foot last time doing step-aerobics. Slower safer exercises is what I go for.
Hi Shawn! I found your website through some cause on Facebook. Weird how the Internet works. One question – how far did you get with this? Was this your last video? I realize this was over a year ago, but I was just thinking that you need(ed) a way to make exercising FUN!
