If it makes you feel better, I&#039;ve just started my own personal workouts this new year. And man... my legs have been aching for days. I&#039;m in the same boat. But I know how important it is to hang in there through the painful start.
I&#039;ll blog on my experiences just as soon as I&#039;ve made up my mind as to tools I&#039;m going to use to do it. Going hardcore like you are is really, really difficult for me. I&#039;m spoiled by interactivity! :)

Also, your Russian/Hindu, Zen diet, also called the Cross Fit program by the Army, was used to get the characters in the movie 300 in shape.  You&#039;ll be svelt (is that a word?) in no time!!!
